1. Via the site: Sign up for the site and create a user profile. Find the product you want and click on the "Basket" option by following the steps to complete your order.
2. Passing HairMania Greece: Leoforos Kyprou 81, Argyroupoli, Athens.
3. Call us at 2109901100 by Monday through Saturday. Our days and hours of operation:

Tracking number tracking of your shipment is done the same day after 7pm. If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately by phone.
Please read the email you receive with the tracking number of your shipment. If you have not received it check your junk mail or junk file folder.
- You can track your order by putting your tracking number of your shipment on the page of each company in the corresponding field of the shipment search.
- For direct information about your order please contact us or the headquarters of ACS - Elta - Speedex Courier stores by telling the tracking number we have sent you.
- So from today if you do not receive in 2 days if you are Athens or 3 working days in the province or islands, look for your shipment and contact the office in your area, in one of the above mentioned ways.
- If you do the above and have not received let us know immediately at 2109901100.
Do not neglect if you receive Sms that they did not find you at your location, contact them to arrange a delivery time or contact us to have us do it for you, otherwise your shipment will be returned in 4 business days if you are notified and do not receive.
- If for any reason you have not received your tracking number please let us know and we will email it to you directly or give it to you by phone.
- For collections from the local Speedex - ACS - Elta branch - by you personally, please check the store's phone number and have your shipment tracking number with you for your convenience.
STORES DO NOT CALL TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR PACKAGE IS FOR PICK UP BY YOU FROM THEIR STORE.
- Make sure you have your mobile phone number written down as you will be notified by sms if the courier cannot find you at your location.
- Deliveries before 10am will not be made as well as Saturday. Saturday delivery is charged 3 euros extra.
- All deliveries are made 10am-6pm depending on the opening hours of the shop. Deliveries at intervals of less than 3 hours are considered by the courier special delivery and an extra 3 euros is charged.
Non-receipt of product.
The payment methods that will apply will be payment by Visa - Paypal or bank deposit.
