All deliveries are made from 10 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays ( there is an additional charge of 3€ ).

HairMaker.Gr, will make every effort to send you the products within working days. For products whose availability is "ON ORDER" the delivery time is set at approximately 6-8 working days (Tuesday to Friday), provided that they can be ordered from HairMaker.gr suppliers. Your orders are dispatched on the same day of your order if available and are usually delivered in 1 to 3 working days from the order date. Orders received after Saturday at 11am will be dispatched on Monday at noon.

6. Sending orders.

The shipping of orders within Greece is done with the courier service Speedex with ACS and Elta, and to countries of the European Union (ELTA ZONE 1) with DHL or ELTA.

Delivery terms of orders

Orders received Monday - Wednesday - until 2.30pm, Saturday until 11.30am and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday until 4.00pm are dispatched on the same day. The tracking number of your shipment is tracked the same day after 9pm.

If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately by phone. Please read the email you receive with the tracking number of your shipment. STORES DO NOT CALL FOR NOTIFICATION BEFORE DELIVERY UNLESS THERE IS AN IMPORTANT REASON.

Make sure you have given us your mobile number as you will be notified by sms if the courier cannot find you at your location. Deliveries before 10am or Saturday will not be made. Saturday delivery is charged 3€ (euro) extra. All deliveries are made from 10am - 6pm depending on the opening hours of each store. Deliveries at intervals of less than 3 hours are considered by the courier as special delivery and are charged an extra 3 euros, as well as Saturday delivery.

17. No Product Receipt.

If the customer does not receive his order from his own fault for any reason and without explaining us by phone or email and returning to us, the same order is not sent back or another to the same customer. The payment methods that will apply will be payment with Visa - Paypal or bank deposit.

18. Delay of order.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

1. The product has been delayed to ship by our supplier: In this case, we will contact you to ask if you want to deliver your order without this product or suggest an alternative.

2.The product you ordered is not available due to incorrect registration in our warehouse. 19. Return policy.

No returns is made to all manos, except for proven shipment of defective products.

Shipping costs are charged to HairMaker.Gr only if there is a mistake in our order or if a defective product has been dispatched by us. Anything else due to the cost of return is borne by the customer

Once we receive the product and find that it meets all of the above replacement terms, your money is immediately returned to your account if you do not want to change the product with something else.
