PART 1: General Terms & Personal Data

The following terms of use and conditions govern access to and use of the HairMaker.Gr online store. Please read carefully before making any purchase or using our services.

This Agreement covers exclusively every sale of products through the website www.HairMaker.Gr of the company legally represented under the name "Gotsopoulos I. and Valari P. O.E." with the distinctive title "HairMania Greece", based in Argyroupoli, L. Kyprou 81, P.C. 164 51, with VAT No. 998961249 - Ilioupoli Tax Office, GEMI No. 069481103000, and email contact address info@hairmaker.gr, customer service phone line: 210 9901100.

Make sure you agree with the terms and conditions below, as every transaction through the above website «https://hairmaker.gr» implies full acceptance of them.

If a user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the online store and from any transaction with it. Sending an order implies acceptance of all these terms. Any divergent agreement is valid only if confirmed in writing by HairMaker.Gr.

Every user who enters and uses the services is deemed to consent and accept unreservedly these terms. If any part of this Agreement proves invalid, the remainder will continue to be valid.

HairMaker.Gr may assign part of its obligations to third-party partners, without altering the customer's rights. All notifications are made in writing (email or postal) and are considered delivered 48 hours after sending.

The Company's online store is available in Greece; contracts can be concluded in Greek and/or English.

General Terms

HairMaker.Gr reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store. It undertakes to inform users of any modification through its website. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already completed.

1. Privacy Policy – Personal Data

HairMaker.Gr respects your personal data and explicitly declares that it will not disclose, publish, sell, lease, exchange, or engage in any unlawful use of the information you entrust to us.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), applicable Greek legislation, and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

The consumer has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as objection, in accordance with Articles 13–20 of Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

You can request portability or permanent deletion of your data by contacting support@hairmaker.gr or tel. 210 9901100.

All personal data is kept securely and used exclusively for order fulfillment, customer service, informational activities (if you have consented), and improvement of our services. Data is not transferred to third parties without prior consent.

2. Cookies & Privacy Options

We respect your privacy. HairMaker.Gr may use cookies to identify the visitor. Cookies are small text files stored on the visitor's hard drive and do not gain knowledge of other documents or files on the computer.

What are cookies: Small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They do not contain personal data and do not cause damage to your device.

3. Product Information

HairMaker.Gr makes every effort for the completeness and accuracy of information listed on its pages regarding the characteristics, prices, and availability of each product, subject to typographical or technical errors that may occur inadvertently or due to incorrect information from third-party suppliers.

Although every effort is made to update prices and descriptions, there may be minor variations in the final packaging or composition of the product, which do not affect its quality.

By accessing and using HairMaker.Gr you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

PART 2: Products, Warranties & Liabilities

4. Product Description & Availability

HairMaker.Gr ensures that all information regarding products (descriptions, photos, prices, ingredients, and technical specifications) is accurate and up to date. However, in rare cases there may be discrepancies due to updates from suppliers or changes in packaging.

If any difference is found between the listed price and the actual price, you will be notified before order completion, so you can confirm whether you wish to proceed. All products are available while stocks last.

Product photos are indicative and may differ slightly from the final product, without affecting its quality or basic characteristics.

5. Product Damages or Compensation

HairMaker.Gr is not liable for:

• Acts, errors, omissions, or breach of warranties by the supplier or manufacturer.
• Any damage, compensation, or financial satisfaction arising from product sales through HairMaker.Gr.

In no case is HairMaker.Gr liable for legal, civil, or criminal claims, nor for damages such as data loss or lost profits, due to use or non-use of the website, or unauthorized third-party interventions.

Before completing an order, you must be informed about the materials from which the products are made and consult your doctor if you have any allergy or sensitivity. HairMaker.Gr bears no responsibility for allergic or dermatological reactions resulting from product use.

In no case does HairMaker.Gr bear any responsibility for any claims of a legal, civil, or criminal nature nor for any damage consisting of loss of profits, data, lost profits, or other financial losses from visitors or third parties, due to the operation or non-operation of the website or unauthorized third-party interventions in products, services, or information provided through it.

Before completing an order for a product, you are obliged to be informed about the materials from which the products you wish to purchase are made or to consult your doctor if you have any problem. HairMaker.Gr bears no responsibility in case of allergic reactions, dermatological conditions, or other reactions that may arise from their use.

6. Sale of Kerastase Products

Customers of Kerastase products who purchase from www.HairMaker.Gr acknowledge that the products are intended exclusively for personal use and not for trade or resale to third parties.

Purchase of more than 3 items per customer is prohibited. HairMaker.Gr and Kerastase reserve the right to cancel orders exceeding the above limits or deemed to be of a commercial nature.

This sales policy is implemented according to the instructions of the official Kerastase distributor in Greece, with the aim of protecting authenticity, quality, and proper use of the products.

In case of repeated violation of these terms, HairMaker.Gr reserves the right to restrict or block the user's access to the online store services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and services provided by HairMaker.Gr are protected by national and international intellectual property regulations and belong exclusively to HairMaker.Gr.

They are provided to website visitors exclusively for personal, non-commercial, and non-profit use. Small individual portions may be stored on personal computers, in a single copy, provided that HairMaker.Gr is always cited as the source.

Copying, transferring, modifying, reselling, or misleading the public regarding the actual provider of the website is prohibited.

Any reproduction, republication, announcement, dissemination, or transmission of content by any means or medium, for commercial or other purposes, is permitted only with written approval from HairMaker.Gr.

Use of the website must be exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not restrict or disturb use by other visitors. Users are obliged to act in accordance with the law, ethics, and these Terms of Use, avoiding any action that may cause damage or malfunction to the website or endanger the provision of HairMaker.Gr services.

The Sectigo certificate we use is secure with 256-bit encryption and is also used by thousands of businesses, retail companies, and major financial organizations, of which 500 are included in the Fortune list.

HairMaker.Gr is a secure and reliable website. Online shoppers today require guaranteed security in their transactions. The Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol is now the international standard for online security, allowing all our customers to make their purchases with confidence.

How SSL works:

PART 3: Communication, Reviews & Orders

9. Informational Emails

The user acknowledges that HairMaker.Gr has the right to send informational or promotional messages to their email or mobile only if they have given their consent through newsletter subscription or relevant choice during registration.

• HairMaker.Gr sends informational emails at regular intervals.
• Newsletters may end up in the spam folder.
• The user can unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link.
• Newsletter distribution is done through the MailChimp provider and personal data is not shared with third parties.

HairMaker.Gr fully complies with GDPR for the protection of data collected through email campaigns.

10. Minor Users

By accepting these terms, you declare that you are at least 18 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use our services only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts the terms.

In any other case, use of our services is not permitted. Parents or guardians of minors using the website bear full responsibility for their children's actions and financial obligations.

If a minor's personal data is registered by mistake without parental consent, it will be immediately deleted from our system.

For products exclusively intended for adults (e.g. Pleasure & Self-Care category), HairMaker.Gr maintains an age verification system during browsing and purchase, to ensure compliance with the legal framework.

11. Product Reviews

The following terms apply to HairMaker.Gr customer reviews:

• Your review content is a personal creation and does not violate third-party rights.
• The review must not contain offensive or defamatory comments toward other customers or HairMaker.Gr.
• Reviews must be based on personal product usage experience.
• Posting email addresses, phone numbers, or links to other websites or stores is not allowed.
• Republishing the same review on multiple products or platforms is prohibited.

By submitting a review, you grant HairMaker.Gr the right to modify, republish, or remove your content if it violates these terms or legislation.

• HairMaker.Gr reserves the right to delete any review that violates the terms of use.
• Reviews with aggressive or derogatory tone are not published.
• Avoid Greeklish — prefer Greek script for clean presentation.

All reviews are checked for authenticity before publication, in accordance with EU guidelines for electronic transactions (Directive 2019/2161).

12. How to Order

Make HairMaker.Gr products yours in one of the following ways:

• Through the website: Register and create a user profile. Find the product you want and click "Cart," following the steps to complete the order.
• From the physical store: HairMania Greece – Leoforos Kyprou 81, Argyroupoli, Athens.
• By phone: Call us at 210 9901100 from Monday to Saturday.

Store Operating Hours:

• Monday – 09:30–17:00
• Tuesday – 09:30–17:30
• Wednesday – 09:30–17:00
• Thursday – 09:30–17:30
• Friday – 09:30–17:30
• Saturday – 09:30–17:00

Orders are confirmed via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us by phone.

13. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation can be made in the following cases:

• Before order completion: During the electronic process you can click "Back" and remove products from your cart.
• After order completion but before shipment: Call 210 9901100 and a colleague will handle the cancellation immediately.

If the order has already been shipped and you have received a tracking number, but you request cancellation before receiving it, you will be refunded the product amount without shipping and return costs.

In case of payment by card or PayPal, the refund is made through the same payment method, after confirmation of product receipt by us.

14. Available Payment Methods

You can choose the payment method that suits you best, among the following:

• VISA – Payment with cards (Visa, MasterCard, with the option of up to 3 interest-free installments for amounts over €40.
• Klarna – Flexible payment in 3 installments without a card, easily through checkout via Viva Wallet.
• TBI Bank – Payment in installments through bank financing, with immediate approval and flexible terms.
• Viva Wallet – Secure electronic payments through Viva.

For card purchases, follow the checkout steps, entering the card number, expiration date, and three-digit number (CVV).

• The cardholder must be present during collection, having the card and ID with them.
• Collection by a third party using the card on your behalf is not permitted.
• For corporate orders, a corporate card is required, with the presence of the legal representative during collection.

• Bank Account Deposit – Payment by deposit to the following accounts:

Write your full name and order number on the deposit slip as the reason. Send the receipt to info@hairmaker.gr for faster execution.

ATTENTION: For immediate order execution, deposit of the total amount and sending of payment proof via email is required first.

• Cash on Delivery Payment – Cash upon delivery with a cost of €2.
• PayPal – Payment through the secure PayPal system.

By selecting PayPal, you are automatically transferred to its page to complete payment. PayPal is the most well-known and secure online payment method. D

According to legislation, invoices over €500 (with VAT) for individuals or professionals are paid exclusively by bank deposit or card.

PART 4: Shipping, Returns & Legal Framework

15. Shipping Method

Products are shipped throughout Greece with courier services (Speedex, ACS, ELTA). Shipping cost is €2.60 for orders up to €49, while free for orders over €49, up to 2 kg. For each additional kilo there is a charge of €1.

• The above charges apply to all of Greece without additional charges.
• Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00.
• Saturday delivery is charged an additional €3.
• Deliveries at a specific time or special appointment (special delivery) are also charged +€3.
• For products marked "Made to Order", delivery time is approximately 6–8 working days.
• Orders received by Saturday 11:00 are shipped on Monday.

All shipments are accompanied by proof of shipment (tracking number) and confirmation email for transparency and order tracking.

16. Order Shipping

Shipping of orders within Greece is carried out with Speedex, ACS or ELTA Courier. For European Union countries (ELTA Zone 1), shipping is done with DHL or ELTA.

Delivery Terms: Orders received:

• Monday–Wednesday until 14:30
• Tuesday–Thursday–Friday until 16:00
• Saturday until 11:30

Are shipped on the same day. The tracking number is activated after 21:00 the same day.

If a product is not available, you will be notified by phone. Always check the shipping confirmation email (or the Junk/Spam folder). You can track your shipment by entering the tracking number in the courier company's search field.

• Example: If you are in Athens, receive in 2–3 days; if you are in the provinces or on an island, in 3–4 days.
• If you receive an SMS that the recipient was not found, contact the courier or us immediately.
• Non-collection within 4 working days results in package return.
• For pickup from a Courier store, call the local branch with your tracking number.
• Courier stores do not call proactively before delivery.
• Deliveries before 10:00 or on Saturday have an additional charge of €3.

HairMaker.Gr works exclusively with certified courier companies, ensuring timely and safe delivery to any point in Greece and the EU.

17. Non-Collection of Product

In case the customer does not collect their order for any reason, without notifying by phone or email, and the shipment is returned to us, it is not sent again with cash on delivery.

Subsequent orders can only be paid by Visa, PayPal, or bank deposit.

In repeated cases of non-collection, HairMaker.Gr reserves the right to refuse execution of new orders, according to Article 281 of the Civil Code (abuse of transaction right).

18. Order Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

• The product has been delayed in being sent by our supplier. In this case we will contact you so you can choose whether you want to receive the rest of the order or suggest an alternative product.
• The product you ordered is not available due to an entry error in our warehouse. If this happens, we will inform you immediately about available options.

Examples of delays: strikes, extreme weather phenomena, terrorist acts, war conflicts, supplier problems, transport companies or production, exchange rate fluctuations, government acts, or natural disasters.

If such incidents last more than two months, the contract can be denounced by either party without compensation, according to Article 388 of the Civil Code.

In case communication is impossible (by phone or email), e.g. due to incorrect information or temporary product shortage, processing of your order may be delayed.

HairMaker.Gr makes every effort to ensure all orders are executed on time and with transparency. If there is a delay, you are immediately informed about the progress.

19. Return Policy

You have the right to return products you purchased within a deadline of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Returns are accepted on the condition that:

• You have contacted us within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Products are in their original condition, without the packaging being opened or violated.
• The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or purchase invoice.

To request a return, contact 210 9901100 or via email at info@hairmaker.gr, stating the purchase date and receipt number within the deadline.

No returns on nail polishes (nail polish), except in cases of defective products. For hygiene reasons, care or personal care products that have been opened are also not returned.

Return costs burden HairMaker.Gr only in case of proven error or shipment of defective product. For any other reason, return costs burden the customer.

As soon as we receive the product and it is verified that it meets the terms, your money is immediately returned to your account, unless you choose replacement or discount coupon.

Important: For payments with Visa or MasterCard, money refund is initiated to the card issuer. HairMaker.Gr is not responsible for possible credit delays from banks.

The return policy fully complies with Directive 2011/83/EC of the European Union on consumer protection and Greek PD 131/2003.

20. International Policy

Delivery Countries (ELTA Zone 1): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, England, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway.

With DHL delivery to Europe is done in 1–2 days, while with ELTA in 8–10 working days. Times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, or unforeseen factors (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

Buyers outside the EU: Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the price or shipping cost and burden exclusively the buyer. We recommend that customers outside the EU be informed in advance about local import charges in their country.

Payments for customers outside the EU are made through Visa or PayPal, with full transaction protection and data security. HairMaker.Gr is not responsible for delays due to customs checks or local import restrictions.

For orders outside the EU, identity and address confirmation may be requested before shipment proceeds, to ensure protection of the customer and the transaction.

21. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute arising between the business and its customers regarding the use of HairMaker.Gr, the competent courts are the Courts of Athens and the applicable law is Greek Law.

If a term is deemed inapplicable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining terms. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and HairMaker.Gr and supersede any previous written or oral agreement.

According to Directive 2013/11/EC (KYA 70330/2015), the possibility of electronic dispute resolution is provided through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). For more information, you can visit the European Commission website at the address:

HairMaker.Gr actively participates in out-of-court dispute resolution procedures, always trying to maintain relationships of trust and respect with all its customers.

By completing any purchase or use of the HairMaker.Gr website, you fully accept the above terms of use, policies, and shipping, return, and consumer protection procedures.
