Hemostatics
Συχνές Ερωτήσεις & Απαντήσεις
Shaving hemostatics are small pencils, matchsticks, or blocks that stop bleeding from minor cuts immediately during or after shaving. They contain astringent compounds — mainly aluminum sulfate or potassium alum — that cause blood vessels to constrict and accelerate natural clotting. Moisten the tip, press it against the cut for five to ten seconds, and the bleeding stops almost instantly.
