Where is my order?

If you have chosen to make the delivery to a specific address, you can always see where your order is located with the tracking number that will be given to you by email or on the phone after the package is ready and is going to be shipped.

If you picked the receipt from our store, we will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. You have 2 business days to pick up your purchase if you have not received it until then your order is going to be canceled. Ask our staff at the shop directly to pick up your order by giving your name, courtesy of making a phone order or online an online order.

How do I use my vouchers?

Based on our special service and before making the payment process, you choose to write the special code in the corresponding field in your purchase and you have your discount! The process is immediate and the charge you will see in the final stage is final, with or without transport.

What are the shipping methods and terms of order delivery?

The product I received is defective. What do I do;

a. You have to contact within 7 days of receiving the products with our online store.

b. The products have to be in the same condition as you received them, without having their packaging unsealed or tampered with.

c. The product is accompanied by a retail receipt or invoice.

You have the right to return or change the products you have purchased within 14 calendar days of the date you receive the products.

In this case, you will be charged for shipping costs, so we have our own courier that way you get the lowest charge.

Shipments are made outside of Greece & Cyprus with General Postal and DHL couriers.
