Your purchases are now more rewarding — the more you shop, the more you earn. Our loyalty system automatically rewards you with points for every order placed in our online store.
Eligibility & Requirements
To earn reward points, you must have a registered customer account and complete purchases while logged in (not as a guest).
Telephone or manual orders do not earn reward points unless you provide the necessary information for creating a customer account.
How the Loyalty Program Works
Once you create an account on our online store:
- You’ll receive updates about new products and offers (if you choose to opt in).
- You are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program and start earning points from your very first order.
For every €1 spent, you earn 1 point. Each product page displays the number of points you’ll earn per item, just below the product price.
Points are added to your account once the order has been shipped and are deducted if the order is canceled.
Products that do not display the “Earn Loyalty Points” message are excluded from the program, as are shipping fees.
You can check your points balance by logging into your account and selecting Loyalty Points from the menu.
Points must be used within 12 months from the date they were earned.
How do I redeem my points?
After logging into your account and adding products to your cart, you will see your total points and their value in euros. Every 100 points equal a €3 discount.
Points can be redeemed on orders over €10. From your account page, select “Loyalty – My Reward Points” and then “Convert my points into a voucher” to use the code in your cart.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
I placed an order as a guest — can I receive points?
No. Reward points are awarded only to registered customer accounts, not to “guest” orders.
My order was shipped, but I don’t see any points.
Points are added to your account once the order is shipped. For orders with in-store pickup, points are credited after pickup is completed. If they have not appeared after 2 days, please contact us.
Do phone orders count?
Yes ✔️ As long as you already have an account on HairMaker.Gr and you inform our staff member during your phone order, the points will be registered normally.
Notes & Limitations
- Reward points are personal and non-transferable.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash.
- HairMaker.Gr reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program or any of its terms without prior notice.
- All terms apply for as long as the program remains active.
