Elta Post: All the parcels are registered and the shipping time is up to 7-20 business days depending on the country.

EU DHL Express : All the parcels are registered and express. The shipping time for Europe is 1-2 business days and for worldwide countries the shipping time is 2-3 business days depending on the country.

If it a remote area you will be informed by phone or e-mail about the extra shipping charge. In this case it may be sent to the nearest town where it will not be considered remote area, in order to avoid extra shipping charge.

EU DHL Economy. Delivery in 6-8 working days in major urban cities. Attention read below for remote area locations.

If you are in a remote area, you will be informed by phone or e-mail about the additional shipping charge. In this case, in order to avoid extra charges, the shipment can be sent to the nearest city where it is not considered a remote area and can be picked up by you. In case you do not want to make the above arrangement become a cancellation and return your money to your account.

Speedex or ACS by Sea Cyprus : All parcels shipped by sea with Speedex or ACS carrier.

• The shipping time is 7 - 10 business days.
• Whenever you complete the order your parcel ships every Thursday and arrives at Cyprus on Monday. Then the local carrier delivers in 2-4 business days your parcel.
• With this shipping method you can purchase aftershave lotions and all the liquid products.

Customs

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

HairMaker.Gr is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of HairMaker.Gr to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

The custom charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer.

International orders from HairMaker.Gr are charged in Euros (EUR). The exchange rate is determined by international credit-card providers or banks, who may add an additional processing or administration charge. The international credit-card holder is liable for this.

International shipping restrictions

Some items due to size restrictions and international legislation cannot be transported through our delivery provider. This includes (but not limited to) highly flammable items, aerosols or any dangerous articles.

Big liquid bottles also will not be sent and Hairdye Oxycream also. If you add to your cart a restricted product you will not be able to complete your order.

Some products contain alcohol. We can not ship them outside of Greece. If you are an international customer, and buy these products , the amount will be refunded and they will not be shipped.
