International Shipping Policy | HairMaker.Gr

HairMaker.Gr ships orders to most countries around the world.

Shipping Options

Elta Post: All parcels are registered. Delivery time is usually 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country.

EU DHL Express: All parcels are registered and shipped express. Delivery time for EU countries is 1 – 2 business days, and for non-EU countries 2 – 5 business days, depending on the destination.

EU DHL Economy: Delivery within 6 – 8 business days to major urban areas. For remote areas, additional charges may apply.

If your address is located in a remote area, you will be contacted by phone or email regarding any extra cost. To avoid this surcharge, you may choose delivery to the nearest city that is not classified as remote. If you do not wish to proceed, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

Speedex – ACS – Maritime Shipping to Cyprus

All parcels are shipped by sea via Speedex or ACS, depending on your selection.

• Transit time: 7 – 10 business days from the vessel’s departure to Cyprus.
• Departures take place once per week.
• If your order reaches the central hub before Wednesday evening, it will be shipped the following week; otherwise, it will wait for the next Thursday departure.
• The local courier in Cyprus will then need an additional 3 – 4 business days for final delivery.
• This shipping method allows products containing liquids (e.g. aftershave lotions) which are restricted from air transport.

Customs

Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. HairMaker.Gr is not liable for any parcels held by customs authorities and is not responsible for informing customers of customs procedures. Please contact your local customs office for details about applicable regulations and fees.

All customs charges must be paid by the recipient. If the delivery is refused, any return costs will be charged to the customer.

All international orders from HairMaker.Gr are billed in Euro (EUR). Exchange rates are determined by your credit-card provider or bank, which may also apply additional fees. The cardholder is solely responsible for such charges.

International Shipping Restrictions

Certain products cannot be shipped internationally due to size or legal restrictions. This includes flammable items, aerosols, and hazardous materials.

Large liquid containers such as aftershaves (400 ml), perfumes over 75 ml, or oxidizing hair-dye creams (Oxycream) cannot be shipped. If such items are added to your cart, checkout will be disabled, or if the order is placed by mistake, you will be notified and a refund will be issued.
