Color Signature Colorscopie

The colorscopie enables you to analyze and determine the most ideal colors that best fit each person.

The colors we wear influence our appearance, depth, the sweetness of our gaze, even our behavior.

The colorscopie test helps you compare the colors are classified according to the harmony of the seasons and to determine the impact on the image of each individual.

The colorscopie test began in 1985 in France and then was used around the world from all premises associated with aesthetics.

The color analysis based on the theory of time which is real discovery started thanks to surveys done by the famous painter Johannes Itten.

Johannes in 1919 - 1923  taught at the Bauhaus school in Weimar and so began studying the laws of color. So he composed the cycle of the four seasons and found that there is a correlation with human faces.

Each season has a special character color through tones of blue, yellow and dark colours.

Each person creates his own harmony through the skin color, hair and eyes. Two harmonies, almost parallel, mix and is discoverd that the features  eventually become one.
The test is based on keeping time, depending on the response of each individual color, depending on the physical characteristics.

Discovering the colour of every client helps you to also know what colors to suggest both for the hair and the makeup.

According to a survey going on for 12 years now we have seen some common reactions such as:

The summer season women usually choose warm colors, combining colors of autumn with the summer.

Also a frequent color is black which gives a prestige look.

As for the clothes, you can suggest a brown-pink color instead of a coffee-Dore and a blue - gray instead of black.

For their hair, they like all kinds blonde contrasts in a dark base.

Many women think winter is autumn, because the skin matte often identify's  warm colors with some copper shades or dore makeup. 

The colors are more convenient, more comfortable and believe that better correspond to their timid nature. The clients belonging to the winter colors have strength and thus so they will love the shades of brown, red and plum colors.

The autumn season they can enjoy the cool colors since they think that they can hide their freckles, so intense shades darken they freckles, so for the hair, they will prefer the shades of brown/copper red/copper.

In the Spring women rarely turn to dark colors they usually prefers the summer colors they can however wear the summer shades in conjunction with those of the spring, with bright colors/and dark contrasts. 

Attention to makeup! You can alter the test. Do not hesitate to remove the makeup of the client at least erase the very intense makeup.

Remember that the color test is a way to make the client be more involved in the selection of shade colors she wants in her hair.

Take care to create a rather special place to take the test, because most clients don't want to do the test in front of everyone.

The facial observation for combining makeup / hair

The person you observe in three dimensions: length, width and depth.

This observation is based on three major data groups:

1. The triangle eyes-nose-mouth
2. The architectural eye-nose-mouth
3. The face relief.

Three parts of the face:

1. The upper part: Front and eyes
2. The middle part: Nose and apples
3. The lower section: Mouth and jaw

Some facial elements change depending on the hairstyle or the color.

At each change of hairstyle, the characteristics of the face change too.

It is important to know that every time the facial characteristics change there is a certain way the make up is worn. 

A personal touch:
• Shadow / Light (carving of the face)
• Color (vitality in the face)
• Lines (structure of the face)

Some examples of hair / makeup that accompanies a new hairstyle:

Hairstyle: The long fringe highlights the eyes
Make-up: Emphasize a line to shade the lower eyelid /

Hairstyle: Short bangs, the bangs on the forehead
Make-up: Emphasize at the eyebrows. Shadow on the eyelid ect.

Hairstyle: Short bangs 
Makeup: Put eye shadow across the eyelid moving it towards  the outer corner of the eye.

Hairstyle: Cut at the neck with long straight hair
Make-up: Emphasize the shape of the lips and do a light shading on the eyelids.

Hairstyle: Short haircut, or hair pulled back like a ponytail
Makeup: Emphasize on the cheekbones with Blush.

Hairstyle: Frame Gradient
Makeup: Emphasize on the cheekbones with blush on the outside of the face.

Hairstyle: Hair falling on the face, and hairstyle with relative volume
Makeup: Emphasize Blush under the eyes, and on top of the cheekbones.
