Stropping paste straightens, and polishes the straight razor blade using a flexible fabric (such as cotton weave, linen, denim, felt), strip of leather, or newspaper.

 The Herold - Solingen White Linen Treatment Strop Paste is perfect for keeping your linen razor strop in prime condition to ensure the best results.

 The paste fills the spaces between the fibers of the linen and provides a smooth and even stropping surface.

 White is a fine polishing abrasive paste for use on the linen or canvas side of a hanging strop.

•   Purpose: Used only on the linen or canvas side of the strop to polish and refine the razor’s edge.

• Usage: Applied lightly to refresh and smoothen the edge without aggressively sharpening it.

• Effect: Provides a slight polishing effect, helping maintain an already sharp razor.

Instructions:

 Select the proper side or strop in which you wish to use the diamond paste, and make sure it is properly marked so you don't mix up which paste is where.

Apply a small amount of paste across the center of the strop.

Take the area of your hand under your thumb in the palm of your hand, and lightly spread the paste across the strop.

 Now, take the paste on your palm, and begin to work it across the entire strop.

 Keep working the paste into the strop using circular motions until the paste is completely and evenly distributed and most of the paste has settled into the strop.
