    I've always associated Treet with their carbon steel DE blades which are somewhat of an anomaly in the world of traditional wet shaving. These carbon steel blades are; in my humble opinion; excellent performers; comfortable; efficient; durable; and forgiving. However; there is one downside - carbon steel blades rust. To optimize their longevity they must be removed from the razor between shaves and dried thoroughly. For these reasons many wet shavers avoid them and opt for stainless steel offerings instead. Enter the Treet Platinum Super Stainless Professional blades. These blades manage to retain all of the good qualities of their carbon steel cousins; but in a blade that requires less maintenance. They are my go-to blades when I want to shave with a shavette. These blades also come in a DE version. I award them 5 stars - excellent!
