Frequently Asked Questions
For dry hair, choose hydrating treatments with oils or hyaluronic acid. For colour‑treated hair, use keratin‑enriched products. For severely damaged hair, opt for reparative masks rich in proteins.
Generally, 1–2 times per week is ideal. For extremely stressed hair you may apply more often, but always use products formulated for frequent use.
If a formula is too rich for your hair type or applied on the roots, it may weigh hair down. Use an appropriate amount and focus on mid‑lengths and ends.
Yes. Some treatments require rinsing, while leave‑in options are lighter and ideal for daily care or heat protection. Choose based on your routine and hair needs.
Absolutely. Use treatments formulated for colour‑treated hair—they help lock in colour and hydrate strands after chemical processing.
Yes. Vegan treatments made with botanical oils and natural ingredients are widely available—perfect for sensitive scalps or eco‑conscious routines.
Look for moisturizing ingredients like aloe vera, argan oil, coconut oil, or hyaluronic acid. Avoid sulfates, as they can further dry out your hair.
Washing your hair 2 times per week is generally ideal for dry hair. Over-washing can strip the scalp of natural oils, worsening dryness.
Use deep-moisture masks with shea butter, honey, or silk proteins to restore elasticity and hydration to brittle hair.
Yes. Use heat protectant sprays or leave-in conditioners with keratin or panthenol before blow-drying or flat ironing.
With consistent care using hydrating and reparative products, dry hair can gradually regain strength, shine, and elasticity.
Absolutely. Many vegan and natural formulas with plant oils, aloe, or honey are available, free of parabens and silicones.
Dandruff can result from either a dry or oily scalp. Identifying your scalp type is important for choosing the right treatment.
Washing 2–3 times per week with a targeted shampoo is ideal. For severe cases, you can wash more often using mild, dandruff-specific products.
Yes. Natural ingredients like tea tree oil, aloe vera, and apple cider vinegar can help soothe the scalp and reduce dandruff.
Dandruff itself doesn’t cause hair loss, but scratching due to irritation can damage the scalp and hair roots over time.
If dandruff persists or is accompanied by itching, redness, or scalp sores, it’s best to consult a dermatologist for professional care.
