How to Order | HairMaker.Gr

You can receive your favorite HairMaker.Gr products at your doorstep using the following ordering methods:

• Through our website: Register on HairMaker.Gr, create your personal profile, find the product you wish to purchase, and click “Add to Cart”. Follow the checkout steps to complete your order easily.
• Monday 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Wednesday 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Friday 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Order Delivery Terms

Orders received on Monday – Wednesday before 2:30 p.m., Saturday before 11:30 a.m., and Tuesday – Thursday – Friday before 4:00 p.m. are shipped the same day.

The tracking number for your shipment is available after 7:00 p.m. the same day. If any product is out of stock, you will be notified immediately by phone.

Please check the email containing your tracking number. If you haven’t received it, check your Spam / Junk mail folder.

• You can track your shipment using your tracking number on the courier company’s website (ACS, Speedex, or ELTA Courier).
• For immediate updates, contact us or the courier company directly, quoting your tracking number.
• If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 business days in Athens or 3 working days in the rest of Greece or islands, please contact the local courier branch or our customer service.

If you still haven’t received your parcel, please notify us immediately at +30 210 9901100. If you receive an SMS stating the courier couldn’t reach you, contact them to arrange a new delivery time or let us handle it for you. Otherwise, your parcel will be returned after 4 working days.

For in-person pickup from Speedex, ACS, or ELTA stores, please have your tracking number ready for faster service.

⚠️ Please note that courier companies do not call to inform you about parcel pickup. Make sure you have entered your mobile number correctly, as you will receive an SMS if delivery cannot be completed.

Deliveries before 10:00 a.m. are not available. Saturday deliveries carry an additional charge of €3.

• All deliveries take place between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., depending on courier branch working hours.
• Deliveries within less than a 3-hour window are considered “special deliveries” and incur an extra €3 fee.
• Failure to collect an order: If a customer fails to receive their order without prior notice, we will not resend the same or any new order via Cash on Delivery.

In such cases, new orders can only be paid via Visa, PayPal, or bank transfer.
