Perfect Blumin's pigment molecules were developed according to the latest technologies & research to provide ultimate coverage, penetration ability, color fastness, with respect and care to the hair and scalp.

It is based on the presence of phytosterols, protective agents for the pigment molecules, avocado oil, vitamin complex (A, D and E), emollients such as glycerol and bisabolol (extracted from the oily fraction of chamomile) and allows the action of the pigment molecules, along with excellent hair care.

Improved Composition:

Low ammonium hydroxide content

In Blumin Perfect permanent dye, the percentage of alkalizing agent (ammonium hydroxide) is 20-25% lower than the range of the average available on the market. It gives excellent results due to the incorporation of active ingredients, emollients and anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Consistency in composition & intensity in colour

The composition of the cream is based on fatty alcohols, which give the product its consistency. The active ingredient Diolyl phosphate has been incorporated into the cream to tone and reveal the colour and increase its intensity.

Ideal texture & viscosity

Blumin Urban's new texture is a great factor, as it makes it easier to combine with BLUMIN peroxide to achieve the ideal viscosity for application, whatever technique you choose.
