    OSiS Tipsy Twirl is a jelly for curls that enhances the texture.

    It gives shape to naturally wavy and curly hair with medium hold.

    It provides lightweight volume without a harsh feel, while reducing frizz to leave hair soft and manageable.

    How to use:

    • Work the curl jelly into your palms before application
    • Apply to damp hair and shape naturally curly and wavy hair with your fingers
    • Allow hair to dry naturally or use a blow dryer
    • Gently work through your hair after drying to bring out well-formed soft curls and waves
