How to use shaving soap Le Pere Lucien.

• Prepare Your Brush: Soak your shaving brush in warm water for a minute or two. This softens the bristles and helps create a better lather.

• Prep Your Face: Wash your face with warm water to open up the pores and soften the facial hair. You can also apply a pre-shave oil if desired.

• Load the Brush: Shake off excess water from the brush, but keep it damp. Swirl the brush on the surface of the shaving soap in a circular motion. Do this for about 20-30 seconds to load the brush with enough soap. You should see a thick, creamy consistency beginning to form on the brush.

• Build the Lather: Apply the loaded brush directly to your wet face in a circular motion. Continue to work the brush on your face until a rich, creamy lather forms.

• Bowl Lathering: Transfer the loaded brush to a shaving bowl and swirl it in the bowl, adding small amounts of water as needed until you achieve a thick, creamy lather. Then, apply the lather to your face.

• Shave: Shave in short, gentle strokes with your razor. Start with the direction of hair growth (the grain) to reduce irritation. Reapply lather between passes if you're doing multiple passes for a closer shave.

• Rinse: After shaving, rinse your face with cool water to close the pores and remove any remaining lather.

• Aftercare: Pat your face dry with a clean towel and apply an aftershave balm or moisturizer to soothe the skin.
