- Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water until all the soap is removed.
- Next, apply the soap to your body, either directly onto your skin or onto a washcloth or sponge.
- Massage the soap into your skin, creating a rich lather, and cleanse your body, paying attention to areas that need extra attention, such as underarms, feet, and any areas prone to sweating or dirt buildup.
- Rinse your body thoroughly with warm water until all the soap residue is washed away.
- Pat your hair and body dry with a clean towel.
