HairMaker.Gr rewards you with Loyalty Points for every purchase. Simply create your account and start earning points with every order you place!

The process is simple: once you have a HairMaker.Gr account, every completed order automatically adds loyalty points to your profile.

How Does the Loyalty System Work?

Every time you shop at HairMaker.Gr, you earn Loyalty Points that accumulate in your account. You can check your total points anytime from your profile area.

Do I Need an Account?

Yes ✅ To collect and redeem loyalty points, you must have a registered account and log in each time you place an order.

Your account displays all your earned points, allowing you to track and redeem them whenever you wish.

How Many Points Do I Earn?

For every €1 spent, you earn 1 Loyalty Point. For example, a €12 product purchase gives you 10 points. Points are calculated based on the discounted price excluding VAT.

How Can I Redeem My Points?

After logging in and adding products to your cart, you will see your total available points and their equivalent value in euros. Every 100 points equals a €3 discount.

You can redeem points on orders over €10. Go to your account page, select “Loyalty – My Reward Points”, then click “Convert my points into a voucher” to use the generated code at checkout.

I placed an order as a guest — can I get points?

No. Loyalty Points are available only for registered customer accounts, not guest checkouts.

My order is complete, but I don’t see my points yet.

Points are credited once your order is shipped. For in-store pickups, points are added after pickup confirmation. If your points haven’t appeared within two days, please contact us.

Do phone orders count for points?

Yes ✔️ As long as you have a registered HairMaker.Gr account and inform our staff during your phone order, your points will be credited after the purchase is confirmed.
